what does scouting in eve entail exactly?
I know that intel is an important part of warfare in the game but when local chat tells everyone who's in the system how can stealthy scouting really be effective?

I undocked, things were clear, probably alt tabbed and was prepped to go some site.
Neutrals and reddies came into the system and they focused on me.
I kept pressing d + click on the station and dock, but for some reason I couldnt get back in.
