God forbid that we should have options on how to pass the time during the mindnumbingly boring and patheticaly easy grind.
DE fails so hard to add actual challenge to the game in any shape or form.
They either: make enemies bullet sponges (retard scaling) or outright invincible (most bosses), randomly gimp the player without balancing around the drasticaly changed playing rules it causes (corpus shitters, leech eximuses, grineer boomerang fagots, x-wep only sorties), absurd enemy TTK at times intentional or not (cats, corpus tech, random 100% accuracy on all enemies for a while)
Note: im not saying these make the game hard, they dont. (hence thier failiure) They make it fucking annoying.
Want to add more powerful enemies? Do it right:
When Minibosses spawn, the entire enemy spawning also changes toaccomodate it, and icludes its "boyguards"
Say these skating fagots that turn off your powers, that have bodyguards with smaller reverse-nullifier bubbles in which you can use your skills. The boss have 90% dmg resistance from bullets, but any power used in its range (from within enemy bubbles) will drain its HP (the device feedbakcs or some shit for visual clue). Reward for killing it: the corpse turns into an enrgy pad for a few minutes.
Cat lady: Have bodyguards that drop catnip (a pickup you can throw. cats will gather around an sniff it for visual clue) The catlady dodges all attacks, and to kill her you must throw catnip on her cats and they turn on her.
Reward for killing her: charmed cats stay on your side till they die (cant revive them).
And shit like that that actually requires effort to take down, but also rewards you with something other than 0.25% for a shit mod.

Buff grineer that must heal itself form his bodyguards (his attacks wound himtoo, on top of your own dmg) so you must starve him out
The dog master whos dog you charm by throwing your own weapon and playign fetch with the dogs.
Corpus guy that spawns with 2 diferent colored bodyguards from which you have to killl 1 for effect, but which one will be told to you by the Lotus. Except sometimes, not always, the boss jams the radio causing for the Lotus to say opposite things (Tenno, i dont care if you die, shoot the black ones->have to shoot the white ones)
Bursas that have service drones, you can hack so they disasemble it rather than repair it.

No more invincibility (except for things like Tyl Regors phase transitions), but instead scaling HP based on the groups total conclave number. Additionally the boss should drop better rewards the higher their HP.

Have them have dedicated arenas and companions with gimmicks that are more copmplex than "shoot the weakspot" or "wait till it actually takes dmg", but are still easily understood and doesnt take 5mins.
Also have their rewards adjusted accordingly to their reduced farmability.
Like luring them into are hazards, triggering events with hacking (with a way to protect ht "hacker"), make use of existing setpieces/mechaincs like playing alien invasion with 4 ramparts, whacking back rockets with your meele Zelda style, knock off its braeathing mask and then carry it around like a datamass till he dies without it, have every ability/weapon muted in the arena but get focus-like abilites to kill the boss (buffing, ccing, beam dmg, aoe explosion dmg)
And on and on. Bottom line: have the player do something, someway that is diferent form normal gameplay, really uncommon/impossible eleswere.
What Syndicate mods did we have coming? I couldn't remember if any of them were for Infested or not. Pretty excited about the Miter one, as niche as it is.
