The shadows of Yharnam are actually an easter egg boss making fun of the state of DS2. A gank squad of edgy black clad katana users, one fire weapon user, and a pyromancy spammer, with extended phantom lag range attacks.
The mace the pyromancer uses is also actually a ladle.
