BWL is easy too, just kill the quartermaster outside BRS but in BRM and kill draksiath.

If the tanks are really good you shouldn't get aggro if you just respect the 5 seconds rule at the start of the fight and maybe calm down if you start by big crits.
In my last guild that was really good but not too tryhard, taking aggro was the worse you could do. Raid leader would shame you on TS and maybe loot ban you for a while.
I'm a warlock so have no way to manage threat except stop dps, but never had problem except if I was flasked.
They didn't really care about raid dps, they wanted a clean run above all. Of course we had to be enchanted, buffed and have proper specs but that's it.

Yeah pala dps was completely worthless in retail vanilla and it still is here even with all those bugs, a full bis pala will make like 300dps if even that, vs another dps class like warr, mage or rogue which does more than double that with ease
