Or I can simply play OSRS with weekly new updates, industry leading Java developers, oldfags like Ash and Ian GOWER who is literally the brother of the two guys who conceived runescape, massive expansions like Zeah, and devs who have a good idea of what direction to take Runescape in.

I've played many a private server better than /v/scape, my favorite one was hacked, leaked the code and shut down (tizen). There's plenty of other RSPS that top /v/scape easily, just pick one at random from a toplist. They've figured out construction, summoning, all sorts of shit. There's not even GWD in /v/scape so PVM isn't very interesting or difficult. And as for skilling OSRS does it so much better, there's shit like tick manipulation so you can go hard as a motherfucker skilling if you like. /v/scape has authentic trading but one thing you quickly realize is that bank trading only worked when Runescape had 100,000 players, even in OSRS that shit got old fast.
