Right. If it's serious it does breed those people that take their rank super seriously. But for the most part it's not like that. However during milsim mode (during official activities), people do yell and shit like that, because they're so immersed.

Just the general drama stuff tends to come when people are passionate about the realism and someone might not know all tactical words and such.
