Its more that her skills are underpowered. Her spiderlings don't scale well at all(no ratio, number or spiders stay the same, etc). Her stun can only be applied on the 3rd hit when it should just be the first one(like cabrakan) and make the AS duration based.
Her passive is that your autos do more damage the lower the enemy is, but why doesn't it affect her abilities too?
Her kit isn't bad, they just don't bother to actually make it good.
