Personally I wouldn't try to max your legend first, to get him to level 40 must have taken what.. 400,000? maybe half a million? well to get all the way to max you need a total of 5 million, It's certainly nice to have, but get him to 50 definitely, you can do that with useless skillbooks without wasting beli, when turtle time comes around you can bring that up to maybe 70 (My inthawk is just over 70 but that's mainly from socketing him) and leave it there for a while, and focus on other stuff. Unless you have another Nami that I'm not seeing, don't evolve her, Thunderbolt tempos special kind of sucks, and mirage nami has some good uses (side note, she's great when farming rainbow dragons in the future) Rakuyo is just generally good, so go for it on that one, Don't max mihawk before you've invested in levelling his skill, I'm not sure if you have done that given that there's a socket on him but judging from the level I'd assume not, the reason I say don't max him is that the sheer insane number of copies you need to feed to max that skill give you a lot of xp and using it on him before that is kind of wasteful (again, 50 should be fine)

Be sure to farm Lucci's fortnight as there are a lot of good units there. Don't evolve Nami; and don't waste any exp on Izo and DeCalvan. Unless your Perona is maxed levelling her isn't really a priority. Bring your Mihawk up to around level 70 so you can clear most content. Farm for Slasherdile in your free time and try to get your hands on Arlong as well. Other than that, keep farming the fortnights and farm story mode from time to time to get characters you want.

Ok, i'll leave Rayleigh at 70, i know that past that the ammount of xp required for those last 20 lvls is just nuts... and now that i know that Mirage Nami is good as is, i'll leave her there. About Mihawk, when his raid came i was even shittier than i am right now, so i only managed to farm his raid 6 times, so that is where his socket comes from, i'll leave him at lvl 50 and then wait for his next raid. I know it's a delicate topic, but I have to ask to the JPN players: excluding lock and despair, which socket is more valuable for future raids and colosseum? CDR or autoheal?
I was going to factor in also forests, for which CDR is absolutely useless, but forests are a one-time-clear, if you try and try, with some RNG luck, you can avoid building sockets for a level you'll do once and never again.
So, for farming purposes, what's good for raids and chaos, less stalling with CDR or more survival with autoheal?
