Wiki is incomplete, yes. Many of the things that look like reused assets from the icon are completely different, even. The spell with Forbidden Sun's icon is more of a giant fire frisbee of death now and has a different casting startup.
Last Das2 character, honestly I'm probably gonna miss a couple of things from Das2 despite the general consensus.

Demon's Souls is a separate continuity due to copyright issues, but Dark Souls borrows liberally from it and Dark Souls 3 all but recreated certain key elements of it.

That would be the case assuming skill growth and difficulty is strictly linear. However, all bosses in Bloodborne can be beaten easily once you learn to stop dodging backwards, including BSB and Amelia. So, while the later bosses could be just as difficult or even moreso than those two, simply learning enough about the game to employ that one trick would negate whatever challenge they could've posed.
