I got killed by a Zarya today who had harmony orb on her and I didn't even see the Zenyatta. Here's some proposed changes that I think would balance Zen.

>Half the base movement speed
>Harmony and discord return the instant he no longer maintains LoS
>His balls do half damage and can no longer be boosted by discord's debuff
>The IP of Zenyatta players are tracked and their addresses are obtained so the ATF can raid their houses and kill their dog

Hey senpai, I haven't bee lucky enough to get into the beta yet but I was wondering something about it from people who have played a fair amount.
Basically I am wondering about the game's potential longevity. I ask because I have 6 friends who have got beta access, all of whom are pretty hardcore gamers (2 hardcore fps in particular). The thing is, of all of these people, they all seem to have the same story - they get beta access, play the shit out of the game for 2-3 weeks straight (like its all they play) and then they never play it again.
Is this just because of beta's more limited content? Are these just shitters getting burnt out? Is it some thing in the fundamentals of the game that hurts longevity? I'm looking for any insight into this since I really want ti play it and have it as a game that's around for a long time (kind of a spiritual successor to TF2) but I'm worried from what I'm seeing with people playing it will be like fallout or something where people play it for a month and never again. What is the reasoning for this kind of thing, or what are your take on it as players?

It's most likely because of how poorly run the beta is, matchmaking doesn't work and the fact that it's so exclusive you can't play with most of your friends. It wouldn't surprise me if most people like it but just want to wait until they can play normally.
It's not exactly providing the widest variety of gameplay due to no modding and 6v6 only but that's not entirely a bad thing. It's kinda like Dota in the sense that there you go that's your game mode, those are your heroes, enjoy the gameplay.

I don't mind people who main tanks or supports but it seems like everyone I come across is a Hanzo/Widow/Bastion main and absolutely cannot play the game. I almost just want to leave the game the moment I see my teammates pick Hanzo and Widow instantly upon loading the map on the Attacker side.

Nevermind the fact that it just does NOT feel like Torbjorn does anything WITH his turret, it feels like you just plop it down and go offensive, repairing it if it just happens to take damage or something, and that's about it. Like with a Gunslinger Engineer, you generally kite and distract for your mini, ambush with it, whatever, you're still working with it. Torb's sentry is just kind of there, and falls under any amount of pressure, just like a mini, but it does even less, it feels. Probably just a product of there being shields in this game, but whatever.
Point still stands, for me anyway, it just feels like his turret is this detached part of his kit, like it's over on it's own and you're just the guy who resurrects it.
