Endgame content is the only content you even need a tier list for, because DEAC shit (and arguably even sortie-level deception, sab, spies, etc.) you can literally use anything you want.

I believe giving a framework to which frames are good is more helpful than just describing the frames. Like I said before, you can read an entire wiki page on a frame and still not know whether the frame is good or not.

So I'm trying to get some better mods and I've noticed that, according to the wiki, most of the rare ones drop from alerts. Do certain mods correspond with certain alert missions, or do I just hope I get what I want?
