The game is fun so far. The first few days were riddled with issues, and there are still queues for some servers. However, the core experience of the game as it stands now is fun.
10 bucks for a month early access+ some bonuses is worth it if you've been excited for the game.

P2W as in you get 3 instead of 2 dungeon runs, some dungeons can drop incredible items that fetch a high price in the market. Market only lets you list 1 item if you're not a Premium user and 5 if you are, and takes 30% of your sale if you're a peasant, too.

For me personally, 10$ is all I can give for that. If you decide to buy the cheapest dlc for early access, you'll probably like it. For the first 10hours, it's not really necessary to trade or getting market dependent.
You can join the EU server (it's really just a name as the server still stands in the US), it's practically comfy aside from golddiggers but if you disable shoutbox, you won't lag for shit. Also as good as no BRs.
If you are still interested and not too offended by the way how p2w heavy it is, you are still welcome to try and build your own opinion of it.

I already devoted around 400hours into the game over the course of around 2 months ingame. I can't say much about longevity because token prices still flunctuate (because having a token really makes the difference between enjoying it or not). You can't also take my 400hours as a fact because I am heavily biased by the Closed Beta (where everything was unrestricted, it was the true blessing of ToS to date).
I will probably continue playing it and see where it goes. I have a token's worth of time to decide whether or not I will stay. (token lasts for 60days, enough to see if developers can change my opinion)

For attributes get instant upgrades as long as you have the money for it, save the rest for short 5 minute ones while you're in town and then put on a 30min one while you are questing. When the 30min finishes wait until you have a quest that lets you teleport back to the npc, use a klaipeda scroll, que up another 30 and teleport back.

Don't bother with skill attributes. Go with plate attributes. Lasting longer is better than having 1% more damage on one skill.
Silver will get easier with level. So if you don't have any tokens, rushing to lvl is a must.
