if you play any of the 4 major elements then you can fill your pool with attack magna SR weapons, those drop often from their respective hard modes, or by joining magnas and leeching. Light and Dark have it harder since their respective SR magna weapons are HP up only, so your best bet is character weapons, GW weapons for light, and those random magna weapons you'll drop from joining magnas.

They're Jesse and James as mercenaries, work partners. They aren't overtly antagonistic to your party but for most of the story arc they were working separately from you.
Dranc is a huge flirt/playboy and is also Ferri's descendant (From her sister's side). Whenever Dranc messes around too much Sturm stabs him to put him back in line.
Dranc sandbags and plays around but he's probably the stronger of the two if he were to get serious. He's also really good at reading people emotionally, and he's voiced by Sugita.
