What's the point of the nerfed Isando? It has limited ammunition, you need at least two shots to put an infiltrator to sleep and even then it's very easy to dodge. Reload is slow too.
WU S. Pistol meanwhile takes same 2 shots on infiltrator, but has much more ammo, better rate of fire and faster reload.

This is just a drop in the ocean of things that piss me off about this game. But it's so beautiful and the scale is so great and in many ways it IS a good game and the mechanics do work, it's just there are a fucking million little rage inducing niggles in it. It's like they should have taken an extra 2 months.
Also, the mechanics behind recruitment were the best when they first appeared in Portable Ops and have gone consistently downhill from there. Every iteration they fuck it up more, it was so much fun trying to find that soldier with good assault rifle skills, decent health and the right skin etc., now you just endlessly recruit the same bland soldiers with stats that barely matter if you want to play as them.

If you're infiltrating a FOB, do you get the emergency mission thing if someone invades your FOB while you're at someone else's FOB?
Does it count as a loss and open up a wormhole if you leave to defend your FOB, if that's possible?

wormholes are tricky you can look up more details for em but basically as long as you don't steal anyone, anything, kill anyone, or destroy anything you won't open a wormhole afaik
