Redeye can singlehandedly stop an entire push and outright deny huge portions of the map simply by sniping from behind smoke, and the only counter is another Redeye. Assuming you're not fighting a potato, PDP will win a long range duel about 95% of the time, given equal skill level. And that's not even considering that he's gonna be hiding in the smoke. Explosive mercs can't even get close to the smoke/have a clear line of sight to it without immediately dropping dead in 2-3 hits from the PDP, plus he could simply be under something that blocks the sky to disallow fire support from targeting him, Stoker's fire doesn't burn inside smoke. Also why the fuck did you even list Rhino as a possible "counter"?

All maps have great areas for snipers, Chapel, Dome and Trainyard are just the best overall but Redeye can be OP just about anywhere.

Uhh. Chapel is one of those where they can be useful, but I would rather get another arty or something, burst rifles are generally better than sniper rifles. And Trainyard has 2 places where sniping is mildly effective. With lots of alternate routes, so they are basically inconsequential. Both terminal and underground are anti-sniper. Bridge has so much cover everywhere. And once you've gotten close to them, you just trash them.

Reaction is my weakest link, haven't really had a problem with tracking. Also, getting the first shot in a duel will increase opponent's spread and will make it so much harder for him to hit you. Even better if you can get more than one in.
And yeah, you don't track a player in-game till he goes green. I guess a test where the dot spawns in a random part of the screen would make more sense.

Does not compute. Unless you are jumping, that is. Old Dreiss worked well because the TTK was lightning fast, but you had to become vulnerable as you were forced to ADS all the time. Current Dreiss can maybe take a couple more shots from the hip, but overall it's such a garbage weapon, it makes me rage when I see shitters saying it's perfectly good when no one in their right mind would use that outside of a shitty casual pub.
