I made a poll about whether the defense should be allowed to lead a witness during CE or not.

The prevalent opinion so far seems to be "Yes, but only if the witness is not cooperating or proved to be lying".
The problem is, is there even a way to enforce it? I'm not sure if something like this can even be a rule. It seems like it depends entirely on the Judge. But I suppose knowing most people's stance is a good thing.
Any more thoughts/opinions? Oh also feel free to vote as well, the more the better.

There's only one character in our server that got in there, still hasn't been removed, and pisses me off everytime someone plays them, because they're never legitimately played. It's usually a meme.

You know I have posted a fucking strawpoll about 12 times now to get all the fucking OC removed from our server. Atleast half of them won in favor to remove OC.
Yet, instead of listening to strawpolls like that, he chooses to listen to these rigged strawpolls for shitty characters like Caesar Villan or Conway Sterns or Adult Maya and he fucking lets them get in just because a few faggots want some new character in the game to play around with, probably once and then never play again and the shit will just sit there in the game folder taking up space.
I'm pretty sure Lupa imagines this place to be like fucking Woolvines or something. We've already got most of the autistic shit they had. The LoZ King, Brisbane, etc etc. What are we going to add next? Artisimis Jones? Emily Von Karma? Roger Delite? Spongebob Squarepants?
