Azir is in an okay spot in my opinion. He doesn't deal much damage at all before he has at least 2 items and if you pick an assassin it's pretty easy to deal with him.

doing decently will make you climb over a long sample. you posted 3 games, that's just a bad beat. if you keep up those kind of performances you'll slowly climb up.
if you want to climb fast these are the scores you want to have. i'm just a low diamond player, but i'm able to stomp pretty hard almost everything up to plat1. that's just so you get an idea of how big the skill discrepancy is, a mid-high diamond player can stomp low diamond this hard, etcetera.
you might be slightly better than your current elo, but not so much better you're trapped. that's basically elo hell, you plateau because you're slightly better but not so much better you can hardcarry.
