There is nothing inherently wrong with any religion, except Judaism. The problem arises when people say religion is above the law of the state, which is the case in extremely devout areas like Saudi Arabia and ISIS.
As much as a meme as it's become due to Western leftists moderate Islam does exist and can be a cornerstone of functional societies, as long as it isn't seen as above the law. Aren't they being actively suppressed though? I know many have fled, but I'd imagine that the ones who are left don't have a lot of power outside of the countries that are still standing like Syria. For example, Hussein and Gaddafi are dead and Assad was barely hanging on until Putin came flying in.

Finally got the USA independence stuff done, I need to run a few test games to see how it usually plays out but it's possible to keep the colonies happy and delay the event chain and keep the colonies, potentially forever but if you don't win the day 1 war with France or the colonies get too much militancy it's inevitable, and once it starts it won't stop.

The biggest problem with a lousiana purchase or landgrab is both that Lousiana in 1836 in this timeline is way more populated with French people than in OTL in 1803 and France is a lot stronger and more invested in North America, it's essentially like Britain post 1812 selling Canada. There are large American settler populations in this area though (which gets annexed by the UK/USA cores put on it if they win the day one war) so I was thinking maybe some sort of Oregon crisis style chain for them to push for it from France if they don't have it. Along with petitions for annexation from the various independent North American states that pop up if they're in the US sphere.

First time playing EU4 or any gsg, playing as Castille, doing pretty well i think. Finished reconquista, allied portugal, england, subjected aragon and naples. Got loads of money and good economy, lots of regiments. Chose a mission to take some african provinces so i went to war with morocco and won all of the first few battles and captured some provinces. Had 2 stacks of 20k soldiers. So i split them and moved them to other provinces to capture. And then out of nowhere i my troops cant move anywhere as it says "land movement is blocked by hostile fort", wtf is this shit? My regiments got obliterated and i lost all my stability and lost the war as well as all my money. Why cant my armies move to other provinces at times? Sometimes they move but sometimes they get locked in, is this a bug?

That'd be a nice idea and I've been thinking about it as well. A lot of sci-fi assumes that once we get into space and colonise it we'd be force to co-operate possibly because space travel is expensive and we need China/USA/EU to pool their resources into launching rockets and researching. As a result, this co-operation will force nation states to cede further power to a international planetary government. It probably makes the series easier to write as well. Imagine if in Star Wars or in Stargate, every single planet had to be subdivided into several different nation-states and races.
However I don't think this is the only option for a fictional humanity set in the future for two reasons.
Firstly, nation-states. A lot of them are already dragging their feet on further co-operation with multinational organisations. Greece finds it difficult to swallow the EU's bitter austerity pill. Australia just doesn't care about the UN's criticism of the country not upholding what it's suppose to do under the Refugee Convention (giving them a safe home and not locking them indefinitely). With that in mind since nation-states are already finding it hard to co-operate with international organisations, it's hard to see how we can unite any further.
Secondly, I think the premise is false. As I mention before, the unification of manking is based on the premise we need to pool our resources to colonise space and this will bring about international unity. The best analogy I can draw is the Age of Exploration where European nations set out to discover and colonise the rest of the planet. While I imagine there were expenses, these nations were ultimately borne by nation-states and it did not bring about one united European Empire. Rather what we saw was Spain vs Great Britain v Portugal v France v Netherlands fighting over land and influence. Furthermore, we know that space travel can be borne by a nation-state alone.
