Bandai keeps track of your stamina, gems, belis, etc before you start a battle, after the battle it gets updated accordingly with their servers. You can't cheat changing any of those values. But Bandai doesn't keep track of what happens during the battle, here you cheat.

Due to the high DEF of the mobs in the first stage, Laboon/Vivi is pretty hard to do, you get fucked by turn timers.
You might be able to put something together with the QCK units you have though.

He's not too bad, if you're worried, bring a delayer, he can't die in the first few turns of combat (dependant on difficulty) and when he drops below 20% his next attack hits HARD. the regular mobs can be a bitch though, they do above average damage and in some cases you can end up against 6 of them with a one turn attack timer.
They should just remove all other Ussops apart from Golden Pound. There's no point to them now.

I'd put them on different mules (feed stuff to evolvers/turtles, when you have a character you want to give candy to, feed that evolver/turtle to that character). You will eventyally get better options for your candies.
