that area is dead after level 26 or so being there is no content out side of re-running missions for near zero rewards gear drop wise. Leaving only the last mission that drops purples. Plus of course challenge mode but that's not dynamic content in anyway. It's set spawns and you try to game the system with the fastest run pattern/gear load out etc.
They also did not rotate the base of ops blue prints, there is no division tech in the base world and there is NOTHING to kill around you level.. at all. So really, the final PvE content so far is like 1/10th the size the even just DZ01. They should of reset the entire game world when you hit level 30, as they did the DZ but nope.
the power levels in game make for shitty PvP being it's not really based off your shooter skills. So that leaves only rule structure to keep everything kind of in balanced.
The draconian rule set before was way too harsh, the current -we all be niggers so gimme dat- might be too loose. Just have to wait to see how it plays out.

The items already have a high PC cost, and crafting costs, I'd be fine with them raising both of those if they removed the PvP req.

I'm obviously not forced to do anything, I'm not forced to get a single piece of gear at level 30, I'm not forced to level up to 30, I'm not forced to play the game.
But I play the game because it's fun, and the major draw in a game like this, just as in Diablo or PoE is to simply gear up. I want the best in slot gear, so I can continue doing the same content over and over to minmax my stats, that's fun content to me.
The current state of PvP isn't fun to me, and at the moment I have to do it if I want that gear. Imagine if you had to PvP for hours to get gear for PvE in an MMO like WoW, or if you had to do the raids over and over to get gear for PvP.

Sometimes the AI impresses me, and sometimes it is glitched. Bear in mine the different factions have different AI. Looters are supposed to be stupid and untrained. The Rikers are more aggressive and will rush you, and the LMB actually spread out and send their rushers behind you. Being people try to use them like an SMG. They are a mid-range only sort of gun and there is also a huge power gap in weapons when it comes to what people can get there hands on right now.
You have an average HE level SMG in the Vector but it's cheap to re-re-re-roll until you get a decent one. Then you have some meh level named weapons and an AKs. We just don't have a lot of high accuracy and rate of fire HE AR out there in game for the most part. Like the M4 or the HE P416 I'm running spitting 960+ a min like a lazzzzar beam of mid range death.
I've melted rogues who think they are out of SMG range and wiggling around a bit too much to get sniped.
