Pretty sure the only reason they're on separate days is that they want to space them out to cover for the lack of an event or new story content. If they want to give a bunch of probably-low-tier Servants buffs, it makes no sense to make it a one-time thing.

In that guy's other videos, he selects his bronzes for what they'll do for him against a specific boss. Usually that involves protecting Asterios so his NP can turn damage into nothing. He doesn't just reach into a hat and go with whatever random Servants strike his fancy that day.
If you don't believe me, draw the names of five bronze Servants out of a hat and record yourself beating the next big event boss with them (do it on Edmond if you haven't killed him yet) and see how that goes for you.
