Her long pass gives your striker a free shot at the GK, and her passives are great for the backline.
Her most important stat, her cute stat, is also very high.
How are these for kirin stones? He gets ~260% crit with 3rd stack and active.

Ridiculously good. Her targets 100% action bar, so she's pretty much another active passer for your striker. She gives 40% atk, 30% crit, can carry Prey's Sentence or Silent Cold. Plus since her totem gives pass effect, if you have a full spirit bar and enough spirit gen on her and your passer, you can long pass from her to front line assist, then front line assist to striker, to equal up to a ridiculous amount of damage.
Yuri and Kiki are so common in the backline that her pass effect would be boosted to extraordinary levels. The fact she has a backline totem that's actually useful, gains pass effect when the enemy team makes an action, and has naturally high Vit/Tech, so she'll actually be stealing in your backline.
She's probably the best season 2 legend, imo.

That's an interesting enough frontline that I don't feel qualified commenting on whether it'll be successful or not. To answer the earlier question though, Pen is a much weaker stat now that it doesn't effect defense, but 10% is low enough that you might be tearing your hair out at Silla ace teams.

Personally, I rerolled 21 timesThat's where peachan21 came from!to get my striker, and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Carried me through all of the early and mid game, and helped me play around with my team options.
The most optimal start would be rerolling for a legendary, but that takes hours/days, and its hard to show that dedication when you don't even know what the game is like.

Vonchi's lost of crit rate is pretty harsh in club match, where you lose all your manager stats but stats like CR remains untouched.
Vonchi loses the most crit out of all the strikers, since his passive crit bonus isn't static, but scale with his speed stat too.

Put her in a lane with Kiki and someone with a decent speed or reflex buff. I can't think of anyone with totems for both reflexes and speed. I've been wanting to bring Niarose back out of retirement, and the forward pass changes seem like a good thing for her. I need to test out the AI some. Time was, if someone got an in lane pass and they were in good health, they'd try to attack even if they weren't a type that typically did so. Not sure if that's still the case.
Might be I set Anael aside for a while to give Niarose a spin.

A quick run of the math tells me that Baltheon can reach a max pass modifier of 165% with his active and passives now. Niarose can reach 250%. IF you can get her to trigger that passive.

Uriel. The action bar change completely destroyed her viability, I'm sitting in Diamond right now and once I started playing against some real teams I've been getting completely destroyed because of the action bar cap and extra healing.
She needs an overhaul, her old playstyle is dead and there's no reason to run her over a different striker that doesn't rely on WoM stacks for all their damage. Before the change taking 10 shots to win was acceptable because you'd always have the action bar advantage but now the other team can catch up easily if they're running Beth and an active healer.

Send help. Valkia is my waifu and her stats, while not great, are not too bad either. She's certainly one of the best 4* players, only second or third behind Eden's total stats.
