My Geralt loves Triss a lot, he fell in love with her during the events of the previous games. Now that his memory and Yen came back he realized his amnesia changed nothing and that he still loves Triss. He still cares about Yen in a way, but she is no competition to Triss. Yen is excellent in the role of an ex wife though.
My Geralt is a suicidal drunk. He secretly longed for Foltest and after he was killed, Geralt lost all desire to live. Making love to Triss, reuniting with Yennefer, finding Ciri, none of that mattered. Even Iorveth, his secret husbando #2, wasn't present any more. I like to think that after the events of the last game, my Geralt will one day simply vanish and no one will ever see him again. I also like to think that Triss will steal his Roach and make sweet love to it to ease the pain of having lost her Geralt.

I thought the flashback scene in Time of Contempt to Triss' childhood where he decided to become a woman was quite touching. Philippa's support in particular gave such a strong foundation for their pupil-mentor relationship.
I almost started crying when I though Triss left, but it made her return a lot more powerful.
The time when Triss was burned to a crisp was very romantic I thought, she has always been a hot one I tell you.
Fun fact: according to pre-release plot explanation; it was once possible to kill Triss Merigold in TW1 as early as in Act1.

Knowing Triss' history with Geralt made me appreciate her even more, she fought for his love with all the possible means and deserved a happy ending she got. I am glad CDPR recognized that.

Is anyone bothered by the quest 'Carnal Sins'? Geralt and Joachim are investigating a body, then the villain shows up. Geralt's medallion doesn't vibrate. Joachim, who's 60+ years old at that point mentions that he and the coroner Hubert are almost the same age, but Hubert looks like he's in his mid-twenties while Joachim looks his age.
So someone tell me why Geralt was practically retarded and didn't instantly figure out that Hubert was a vampire? And probably the cause of these incidents?

Hey guys. I need to find a way to stop the swords from switching to the "right" one. Silver swords hit for like 400 per hit at level 12, but I have a steel sword that has a 35% chance to cause a bleeding of 800/tick and it ticks faster than the silver sword attacks. It work extremely well to kill bosses even though I have to switch back to it after every fucking attack.
Is there a way to prevent the game from holding my hand and letting me hit the silver monsters with a steel weapon?

A retard who can't read. Even the Cat school sword at level 13 wont do more damage when I get it. I've found about 10 relic swords and 25-30 blue and yellow swords around my level and none of them could come even close to the 800 ticks, they only need 1-3 hits for a bleeding effect that lasts 20s and ticks for 800 faster than sword hits. I'm invested in attack damage too. Even with the full cat school gear that increases attack power it wouldn't beat the bleed damage.
