There's a glitch with the coolheaded perk and incendiary rounds. If you proc the on fire effect, you will constantly proc the coolheaded perk so your cooldowns are near instant... spam sticky bombs

If you're good at tactics and want gear fast join a gank squad come tomorrow. Most of the people who play in the DZ are carebears and you can easily steal their loot at the extraction zones.
