Looks like in Bannerlord you still can't have your cavalry adjusting their pace with the infantry, and your whole troops maintaining formations. Meanwhile 1257 already has a workaround for it.

If you want an easier time, this is how I game shit.
Start female.
Farm renown and honor until you have tons.
Join a faction, you are not automatically granted a fief as you are female. This is a positive thing.
When the game checks the lords votes for who to receive a fief, they weigh renown against current number of fiefs. So basically if you have a ton of renown, capture Dhirim(or wherever else, go Dhirim; don't be a pussy) personally; make sure to vote for yourself and ask your "friends"(easy slut lords who liked your easily obtained honor). You'll most likely get it.
Then you fuck around growing stronger, but concentrating on sticking an almighty garrison in your one city fief.
At this point forever onwards, and even earlier, always try to make friends with lords, get as many as you can to reasonably high levels, this is the most important numeric value for making your own kingdom.
Once you've banked an army you feel will allow you to weather the meme wars upon declaring your own kingdom, go off on a storm and capture like five castles for your faction; ideally they'll be near your main city and you can garrison them, but that's just icing. You keep taking shit even if you have no means or intent to hold it longterm; you ask your liege for every single castle and village. You will eventually be denied because your renown:fiefs won't be acceptable enough.
You'll be denied a fief you captured and this is then grounds to rebel. Rebelling in this manner and only this manner allows you to keep your holdings for your new kingdom, most importantly; the garrisons within. From then on it's just tens of thousands of men from every faction running into your 500 rhodok sharpshooters forever. Eventually you'll gain lords as your friends come over to your side. Keep capturing more fiefs to give away to entice them over.

This is true but their lancers are pretty good. They're cheap and quick to upgrade. They end up being fairly reliable heavy or medium cavalry. They don't compare to Knights or Mamlukes obviously. But the Khergits obviously lose a ton of land to the player's faction because they're shit outside of auto-resolve. When you're in their land the lancers are great for replenishing

I have a bit of a problem with Gekonewer. Sometimes when a battle has dragged on a bit, the "fire now!" command stop functioning.
I can use is "Fire at Will!" and "Fire at my Command!", but the rest of the fire commands are just gone. Is there a fix for this?

So, Ijust allied with West Seaxin viking conquest and I have to take a castle in the middle of enemy lands.

The Irish aren't even subhuman. Anyway, welcome to the shittiest part of Viking Conquest's storyline. You're expected to take the castle and hold onto it for a month while NO ONE helps you.
You can also raid the Welsh, since you'll be taking their land anyway for the story.

In total I'd say it was barely worth it because some battles you'd be dead for half an hour after getting an unlucky death in the beginning, the training sessions were pretty fucking boring and the people who ran the line battles were idiots most of the time. Still a lot of fun times. It seems I struck pretty lucky with finding regiments that struck a decent balance between discipline and fun.

Not at all? It doesn't crash for me. Are you starting the game using WSE? Everytime?
To recruit cavalry you need both a horse unit and either a peasant, mercenary, or veteran unit in the settlement you want to recruit from. Horses take a while to spawn in the main cities at first. You'll want to let some time pass before the game starts giving them to cities.

Christianity is far too broad and divided to be really be considered the largest religion. Denominations exist in Islam of course, but when in Christianity you have traditional Catholicism matched alongside Mormonism and Pentecostalism, its hard to call it the same thing.
Plus you have to consider that Christianity as a faith is declining because of the decrease in adherents in the developed world and the declining population of those areas. Counter this with North Africa, India and South East Asia and Islam.

What causes the "You want me to shed blood for a fortress while others stand around and watch?" line when asking a lord to help siege a fortress? I have 13 relation with the marshal and I just need to take the fortress, but if I tell everyone to go there it's just a matter of time before the marshal calls a campaign right before the siege begins and pulls all the lords away from the fort, since he's the only one that refuses to come.

Can anybody help me understand enterprises? I was told to build a dye works and it'll pay for itself within a couple of weeks, but I keep losing money. I built mine in Jelkala and keep losing between 300 and a 1000 denars. Do I have to keep it stocked up or did I just build it in a bad spot or was everyone lying and are enterprises shit?
