I tried dragging the difficultly down to make them lv 29/30 but still no dice. I uh, have the one basic skell that I've upgraded with the best stuff they had at the shop. The 2nd terminal doesn't sell skells at all, it lets you construct them out of parts/materials and Miranium.
You get the recipes for three of them from Affinity missions, and all the others and unlocked by completing the game.
In fact, building the one you get from Alexa's final Affinity MIssions and then selling it is actually one of the fastest ways to make loads of money because they have such an insubstantial material cost (ticket wise) compared to their sell value.

Been farming Murras for some UI BLADE pants because alight Sakuraba looks like ass and don't want them even under my clothes.
