Higher level restoration is more harder and precise than destruction.

Mm, maybe. Check the enblocal window, see if edge aa and subpixel aa are enabled. Temporal AA is good too if you're usually getting 60 FPS, SMAA can be proxied through ENB if you're not.

I've been looking around and apparently at Legendary the tougher enemies can take on the most cheesetastic alchemist/blacksmith/enchanter with damage in the hundreds and the maximum possible armor value head on if they simply attack first.
