Not Trainwiz, but none exists. Morrowind's conflict management is really primitive and doesn't use dynamic hex IDs so Bethesda devs could more or less deduce item IDs by following their naming schemes.
If you want to learn a little tescmd it's very easy to scan an .esp file for record names.

What you're looking for can actually be achieved with MWSE quite easily, there's a function that returns the reference of whatever actor, item, door or activator the player's crosshair is pointing at. MWSE is a little finicky about syntax and you have to use MWEdit, however.
And what you're modding already exists: in a non-MWSE form as book rotate which indeed adds scripts to all books, and in a less powerful but working for all items form as the Decorator MWSE mod.

As a stealthy archer, how am i supposed to win in sustained fights? I've played until level 12 as an archer and sometimes, it's just really difficult when you meet a bandit that is in melee range and needs 10 arrows to die.

Book Rotate does pretty much exactly that, allowing you to place books in both orientations. Decorator lets you move and rotate items with all six degrees of freedom but has no stand upright/lay flat positioning options.
MWE injects code using unused console commands based on certain hardcoded local variables in the script that calls them. Nobody uses it because it can corrupt savegames very heavily, and it's closed-source and nobody really knows how the more esoteric mods made for it actually work.
MWSE has special code contained in a .dll that extends Morrowind's script with special functions. It can do generally much more than MWE (but it cannot do all that MWE can) and its functions have actual human-readable names, but all script, reference and array data in MWSE is never saved to avoid corruption, and the functions are very awkward in that you can't use them within normal Morrowind if blocks and some can be quite laggy.

Summoning Spells - They will keep your opponents busy if you're detected and need to hide again. Otherwise learn to stealth properly.
There are actually very few moments when you NEED to have someone tanking for you in the game desu.
Another good alternative (and still somewhat immersive) is Archery Gameplay Overhaul iirc and not confusing for another mod - it gives you a very powerful bash attack with your bow that knocks opponents to their feet, giving you a moment to get away if they get too close. It can be a very OP technique, but if used sparingly makes sense and is quite immersive imo.

If you want them to have the various msn and spec effects for them; they're all supplied as seperate downloads.

I believe the top layer describes the process. The lava scar workshop .psd is only used for painting new lava scars. Once you're done you can create a new layer from visible and put it on an existing texture. But you ONLY need that .psd if you're making completely new scars.
The seperate .psds have the original three scar designs implemented as layers, those are naturally easier to work with since they're already built with complimentary msn and spec detail.

Same here, and I haven't noticed anything wrong with it yet (well, not the mentioned issues any way).
If I had to guess, I'd say you guys are modifying your load orders (with updates or whatever) mid game and messing up your games. Don't do that. Mod it - play it - don't touch it. Want to make a change? Start a new game. It's a rule of thumb that will save you tons of headaches when modding Skyrim. There are some things you can change mid game, but updating/removing/adding new mods mid game is a definite no-no 99% of the time. You can do things like change textures and meshes mid game without issues though.
I'm not saying Campfire/Frostfall is perfect and bug free (I'm a programmer, I would never say that) but I've (never seen/have yet to see) these mentioned 'bugs' myself is all, and I think your issues are related to something else.

There's no program that'll do it, if that's what you're looking fore. You're gonna need to individually uncheck each mod that you've installed, load the game, see if the error pops up, and then close it.

I didn't know she wasn't set as essential by default. I revived her and her dialogue about how many dragons I've killed reset. I hope nothing else got fucked up.
