Infinite Heaven is really all you need. most other mods involve unpacking game files and repacking them and all this other shit, Infinite Heaven just uses the SnakeBite mod manager for painless installation.
The Man Who Sold The World is a nice mod that gets rid of Venom's arm, scars, horn and swaps out the ponytail for the mullet so you can play the real Big Boss and roleplay your heart out. or you can mix and match, just have Big Boss with the bionic arm, or maybe just keep the pontail, etc.
i'm torn because Venom looks awful in the MGS3 costumes and GZ sneaking suit but Big Boss doesn't go with the scarf either. thinking i might try just having Big Boss with Venom's ponytail and see if that fits all the suits.

Welp, it's a beast. Instant sleep with body shots on full battle dress guards. Rate of fire seems to be exactly 1 shot per second. You can do a top off reload to bring your total mag size to 3. Range is enough to reach someone from the other side of a platform. Uses the tranq pistol reticle.

Training it all over again left handed would probably be harder than just aiming as if you did it for the right eye but actually aiming with the left one, in case he needs to aim at all.
I doubt BB needs to actively aim with a handgun in relatively close range for example, he knows where to shoot before even pulling out his gun, as long as he knows where the guy is he can hit him anywhere with both eyes covered.
