Remove dispensers and teleporters
Sentry is replaced by a battlesuit that gives him +75 hp (total 200) but slows his movement lower than demoman
Sentry rockets on the battlesuit fire one at a time now, 4 loaded and they reload one at a time over 3 seconds

I'm more thinking that fast offense being the one true strategy is the issue. There's no room for classes that do more than kill and go fast, other than waking dispenser man.
I think the lack of unlock bans will be a good thing for competitive TF2. If something beat the vanilla DM class setup, players disliked it. A natascha heavy with a vaccinator medic basically ignores damage, but a good counter to this would be a direct hit/buffbanner soldier. They can back up one point and feed off the slow heavy, and basically have a mini uber. That's something I see as a potentially interesting type of gameplay

pyro was never designed to have airblast or flareguns, both of which stray from his originally designed role as an ambush class
backburner was a step in the right direction, but it gets random crits anyway and the back radius isn't very much at all
this encourages wm1 and flare spam
then they buffed the scorch shot and it's all anybody uses now
airblast is broken and a crutch
few pyros are effective without flares, which force players to run for health/extinguishing from long range

Reloading takes 2 seconds
Airblast is 10 or 15 ammo
Slightly reduced ammo consption when shooting flames
Increased fire damage
Changed particles from going in a cone shape to a straight up narrow cylinder with longer range
Everything in the location of the cylinder bow catches on fire unstantly, with fall-off
