I had an idea for the slime PR, even though the PR is finished.
I always see fossils that can't be used for anything when I go mining. The Xenoarchs when I ask them about them all say they're useless garbage.
Would it be possible to put those round-looking fossils in the slime processor for random slime cores, like how you can use plant fossils in a seed extractor?
Or is that beyond the scope of the project? Perhaps keep it in mind for a new Xenobio PR?

Most of my ideas, like a genetic power giving you pain immunity, are very simple to code. How hard is it to be immune to pain? Hell even diona's are immune to pain by their race, so pain immunity already exist so why not make it a power?
Other things, such as new recipes for food and requesting more chemicals is literally just typing adding said chemical the same way, you don't need to write any new form of coding to do it.
Also I've been trying to learn other forms of code, but my demotivation has stopped me from my spare time game design. Hell I don't even play space anymore, just usually throw ideas out to improve others experiences.

What are you going on about my man? There is a huge list of chemicals you can produce from xenobotany that you can also produce elsewhere. Out of that entire list only ONE can only be obtained from xenobotany, and that is peridaxon, a very powerful and rare chemical.
Oh wait, you can also get peridaxon from borers, but you just can't create it in a storable way. That aside, peridaxon is the only xenobotany exclusive chemical.
If you really want to stretch though, you can say you can only obtain liquid plasma from xenobotany, but you can get that just from grinding plasma, which is very available and usually not in high demand since we usually have excess plasma laying around every round.

I would agree with you on the you have to order exotic seeds, but you're completely wrong about having to be 'lucky'. Look in the issue I posted about adding more chemicals, and see the numbers. Peridaxon is actually very common, the most common even with a score of 200 tied with rezadone, and you are likely to get it with just one exotic seed crate.
However I must ask, is there a list of chemicals you can mutate a plant to produce? If so please link in the code where, I'd LOVE to see it.

I got a trigger for it, a clock. When I stare at the time and realize the time's wrong, everything freezes for a few seconds, people paused, the whole deal, and then it resumes again after 20 seconds. From there, I'm in control of my dream, in real time.
Basically, it just becomes Gmod, where I spawn in a bunch of people and things I want to see interact with each other, and watch them just do their thing, according to some sort of script. I guess their script, dialogue, and behavior are all just drawn from my experiences with those people and things.
It's just a problem when the lucid dreams come when I really want to sleep. Instead of taking mental effort to have sandbox dream mode, I stare at a wall in my dream until I'm bored enough to wake up. Sometimes I just want to sleep.
Having those powerful lucid dreams almost at will every 4-5 days feels bad, man.
I need some SS13 assets for a Unity project, how can I get them? I need naked man sprites, plus a lot of other things i'll add later
