being at least it's more dynamic vs running the same missions over and over (and over some more). You poke around and lug out a bunch of shitty loot that gets you a fraction of the way closer to crafting an item with stats you don't want..

Should I be using First Aid or Healing Station? I like the instant use of First Aid along with either overdose or booster shot and I like having a ~30 second cooldown with it, but I also like the constant healing of Healing Station with infinite ammo. Which should I be using? My other skill is pulse and my signature skill swaps between Recovery Link and Tactical Link, mostly Recovery though.

It's bracketed into segments by player level.. You always run the risk of being solo jumped but keep in mind you run at the same speed as everyone else in game. So it's not like they can always mob you down if you keep moving. Most of the gank moves happen when the chopper drops the rope vs random middle of no where on the map.
plus you can roll around with tech like pulse to look around and if there are too many people just book out etc..

my first blue print purchase and craft is a vector that has 24.5% crit chance, talented (meh), deadly (26% crit dmg), and stable (46% stability). dmg is mid upper tier.

I don't know, I don't mind the game now. I guess it was the same with D3 launch where late game can be a bit tedious, but man is RoS saved that game. Diablo 3 might the only example I can think of a game that did a complete 180 from dog shit to good. I don't think the issues OG d3 are as bad as Divisions, but I think once the free content patches / dlc start rolling out this game will be incredible.

I can now say, the only way to survive rogue is to gather ur balls and go all out rank 5. This way u can defend ur self and cc in shit situations without the timer getting reset. You roamed past them, triggered them and when they failed they blinked off the map. So roam around past your side mission locations and your missing resource missions should pop back up.
so did everyone get a yellow drop or two when running normal missions on hard? I've had it happen twice. Once was a chest armor I'm not even using and the other was a named AR, that once again I'm not using.

not really but the base PvE world tends not to scale well with players so you can get away with all sort of dicking around moves at some point. I built an all green shotgun down to the laser sight on it I call The Shrek just for that reason.

What should I spend my Phoenix Credits on? My only high end weapon so far is Damascus, but I've got nearly 200 PC saved up from grinding hard UN. I'm currently using a first wave M1A with 20% crit damage increase and 10.5% crit chance increase along with a decent blue AUG.

They need to ramp down the EXP lost when non-rogue, and reduce the EXP Funds lost when rogue 1-4, and really really buff up the Rewards for surviving.
The only thing that actually hurts is the EXP loss when you get killed by a rogue, you will be swimming in funds and 99% of the gear is trash.
