You obviously have issue with reading comprehension. The problem is that WHM is objectively only better than AST during very early progression when the healing throughput is needed. After that the damage contribution by the AST outweighs it. The silly part about this whole argument is that there are /xivg/ who defend WHM as the best healing class ever despite it only having its edge during a tiny timeframe, within limited content they dont even participate in.
