thats actually on the lower middle end of the spectrum and is assuming you are competing with an organization (even if you are independent you are considered an organization if you are sponsored in some way). Also if you are a resident you are able to deduct your expenses such as hotel, food, and plane ticket from your taxes if you play your cards right. All in all thats one of the lowest tax rates you are going to find in the western world.

I never play rogue but I decided to play it on a whim (i.e. I had a win 3 with rogue and win 3 with any class quests) and I 3-0'd that shit. One against a secret pally that I just burst outta nowhere and the other two against armor-up warriors who I would have figured would be bad matchups.
I feel like I didn't give it the credit it deserves, idk. I always thought rogue was a meme class.

you really do not understand what power creep actually is, do you? The old gods cards need to be at least as good as a vanilla minion at the same cost because their effects are completely banking on one specific card being in ~the top half of your deck. There's a list on the Blizz forums but it's no longer updated and says that a patch in September made it impossible to run the game on older Androids.

Except that to activate the "combo" for patron you lose nothing at all. In fact you get to play and trade for free with one of the most OP weapons in the whole game.
I could argue that patron is even a more cheap combo that the bullshit druid has, because unlike druid, patron doesn't have to hold 2 dead cards for 9 turns. His combo doesn't help him get the board unlike patron (unless he WASTE his combo cleaning the board).
Patron is a deck that requires no skill, and that's okay anon. Most decks in this piece of shit game require no skill. What upsets me is that warriors actually BELIEVE his OP bullshit is skilled.

Horde/Alliance was based on the fact that in the TCG almost all minions were neutral and if you could use them or not was based on if your hero was Alliance/Horde.

When you play a confuse / alchemist / that spare part into a temporaly buffed minion, the buff becomes permanent, and another buff can be applied above it.
You can see it in mech decks when someone use the swap spare part on that 1 drop that gets 2+ atk.
Instead of becoming a 2/1 (4/1 with mech buff), he becomes a 2/3 (4/3 with mech buf)

Only way to win is to entomb/transform all the charge murlocs and then kill them by turn 10 or immediately after they use their first anyfin. If you've gotten rid of the chargers alternatively though you can just kill the first anyfin with aoe and the second one will be just as useless. Usually you have to win by then though.

Yeah idk. Like I said I've never felt wanting for cards, 7-0 now just beat a control priest who entombed a drake and pillager and cabal'd a slime, won on turn 9 when he conceded. I almost feel like a slightly slower face shaman deck, where most of my games are won within the first 8-10 turns. I feel like I generally have a better minion curve too, getting stuck with spell-heavy hands less frequently, but even when I got stuck with a hand of literally both oils, both evis, both poisons, and a flurry, I still won despite a lack of minions I could just push the damage.
Feels good, everything else aside. I usually hated playing rogue but now I'm enjoying it, I thought it was just a meme class but now I'm actually winning and I'm not even an "expert". I don't run any healbots yet I'm still beating aggro decks, I don't run any sprints but I'm still beating control warriors. It's weird, but I'm enjoying it so I can't complain.

I don't really see your point, I'm not the guy you are arguing with but the biggest changes to the game came in WotLK with the transformation of the dungeon and raid system, particularly multiple difficulties and sizes. This also happens to be the most popular time in WoW in terms of subscribers.
The game is more friendly to casual than it has ever been, I agree with that, but in terms of mechanics, raiding has never been more complex.
In terms of how hard the classes are to play, I agree it's never been easier, but this started in WoD and has nothing to do with ability pruning you saw in MoP which was absolutely necessary from a game design perspective.

Wow has stagnated. Their initial playerbase grew up and neither they nor potential new players want to waste hundreds of hours playing mediocre, outdated shit. Back then WoW had no competition.. now there's a billion cool games on the market that dont require $100, a monthly subscription and 50 hours of leveling in barren, outdated content to do anything new or fun.
They snagged 10 million buyers for their latest expac and lost 5 million in 3 months because the product was rushed, shoddy (one zone unfinished and one zone entirely omitted) and left nothing to do besides grind reputations or grind the same raid for ONE ENIRE YEAR.
It's not even about catering to casuals... they literally just dropped a raid/content patch in the summer of 2015 and said 'we're done, have fun, btw buy Legion next year lol!'
It's not surprising that people got tired of that shit and jumped ship. Nobody- save the NEETs with no lives who sunk way too much time/money to quit now- is willing to do the same thing over, and over, and over, for 15 months while waiting to spend another $50 on an expansion that may also flop.
So yeah I'm glad Blizz isn't trying to pander to that base with this game. It's bad enough we gotta wait so long for a small expansion already.

You're in an odd spot and 99% of people here will tell you to dust, but I am going to suggest otherwise. When I was new I fell into this same mistake, and I will suggest you just keep grinding out gold and getting classic packs. Only dust cards you have too many copies to use and only dust them once you have enough of them to build most of the deck you're working for. Since the meta is going to shift hard, this means just playing, and saving everything.
This is probably going to suck, because your cards suck, but it's the most efficent use of your resources. As a f2p player, wasting dust and cards is an especially bad thing.

What's a good class for a f2p player to main? I want to play more but all of my decks are absolute shit. The only deck I have that could be considered even half competitive is zoolock, but that gets old pretty quickly.
When I first started, I decided to invest a bit of dust into priest because I figured mind control and thoughtsteal would help even the playing field against older players with better cards, but lately it's just not working out. Without deathlords, entomb, lightbombs and other assorted fuckery, the class is just unplayable.
I have the first two wings of naxx, the first wing of blackrock mountain, alexstrasza, leeroy, prophet velen, 500 gold and around 1000 dust altogether.
What should I invest my limited resources in so I can maybe have a little fun in this game?

Two arena games I lost lately that pissed me off.
1) The play is to hit 4/3 silver hand regent and wicked dagger into his arcane nullifier, leaving my board as dire wolf alpha + recruit + regent + lowly squire. However, I hero power before attacking the nullifier, taking the dire wolf buff of the regent and making my trades much, much worse. I guess I was expecting the recruit to spawn at the rightmost part of the screen like it does when I paladin/shaman hero power.
2) The paladin has a secret up turn 1. I have played minions, killed minions, and hit his face; so the secret is either Avenge, Sacred Trial, or Competitive Spirit. He lays belcher, I kill belcher, I deduce it's not Avenge because his slime didn't get buffed. It's avenge, he gets the proc next turn on a silent knight because I'm not expecting that, I lose the game.
These are two fucking games that I lost because of rules minutae. My curve was sufficient, my deck was sufficient, my mulligans were sufficient, I just lost tempo because I've been paying attention to other things in my life and I forgot to remember every tiny detail about positioning and how secrets trigger.
It's the same thing in ranked. There's no intelligence involved in this game. It's just a question of how many games you've grinded out so you know what the fucking cards do. Give me one fucking reason to not uninstall

I use my hero power, and this makes a Silver Hand Recruit. I take no other actions and spend no other mana between the activation of the hero power and the creation of the recruit. In more than 90% of cases, when I use my hero power and make a Silver Hand Recruit, the 1/1 spawns at the rightmost position because that's how the paladin hero power works. I forgot, in this circumstance, that inspire means that the recruit is created from the minion rather than the hero.
And I deeply resent having a favorable trade denied to me because I didn't spend enough time reading up on how Inspire works.

As far as I'm concerned intelligence is the task of REMOVING contingency plans and multiple outcomes. If you're looking 2 or 3 turns into the future, the possibility space is too broad to consider exhaustively within the span of a hearthstone turn, unless you want to be like ropecoach.
A satisfying application of my intelligence, therefore, is to eliminate the irrelevant or redundant possibilities so that I have time to run through more elaborate models of the relevant cases. Very often this will pare my choices down to one dominant strategy based on my deck and his probable deck, with an occasional alternate strategy that's the most rewarding if certain conditions are met. The existence or nonexistence of flamestrike/blizzard is a condition which frequently produces these alternate plans.
The point is, there are no relevant contingency plans to be had. Either it doesn't matter when I attack, or it is objectively right to attack prior to hero power. Either it's right to go face or it's right to make that trade. There is only one plan, until the next turn brings new information, and any time spent contingency planning is better spent making lemmas I can use in future plans. I want to resolve that plan ASAP so I can get back to the more cerebral, less tedious task of trying to figure out what the opponent's hand is.
Those are the multiple outcomes that are fun to consider. Not the outcomes where I do something completely incorrect because my model of the rules has faulty axioms. That's not a game, that's not a match of wits, that's just my opponent collecting a free win because I don't have eidetic memory. That's a stupid gameplay model and a stupid type of skill to test. If 90% of the "skill" I need at this point to gitgud is learning specific plays and counterplays like they're fucking chess openings, fuck that shit.

Leveling and exploring the world was literally 95% of the fun in vanilla. Anyone who didn't play on a PvP server when the game was just released and everyone was bad, and knew nothing, really missed out on the most fun the game ever had to offer.
The stupid quest system today, LFG, cross-server zones, the fact that you never die while leveling or any of the quests require groups all kill the game. It kills the multiplayer part of the game. yesterday i started the "get a character to 20 and get a tranny event"
omg wow is fucking bad
made a human hunter. after 25 minutes i was ingame, npc didnt spawn. relogged and got quests and the fucking huge help tips that covered the whole screen. after removing them i started to do quests as fast as possible to grind the levels, all areas were full of players. that means that spawns were fucking overcrowded. the cobold mine was a fucking joke. hogger was a fucking joke. free players can't party so you have 25+ people all trying to hit first a fucking stupid minion that respawns every minute or so. i managed to get the quest by tab spamming and i left at levle 14. really hope the dungeons will be more tolerable. also all that fucking walking.

It's well put together because they've been working on it for over a decade. Yeah, the graphics are simpler, but for a lot of players like myself, we've grown accustomed to it. The overpixelated/furfag catering garbage the Koreans keep pumping out makes me nauseous.
And running around doing menial tasks is part of every MMO. WoW has done a good job trimming the fat compared to said Korean and even western MMORPGs. It used to take 20-30x longer to level, and you didn't have the luxury of mounts until level 40/60.
Try to enjoy it, I honestly don't think there is any other mmorpg on the market that even comes close, and I've played a whole lot of the competition.

So, i spent the whole night Playing wow, almost 9am here, on my uni classroom, without a minute of sleep. I really didnt though this should happen anymore. Sounds like a 2006 meme.
Anyway, It is done, took me about 5 hours, and i didnt took the most efficient ways to grind. Even as a dps, i got into the dungeons in about 15 minutes each (2 did before hitting 20 with a unfinished quest )
Are the dungeon cross realm? I did found a few chineses and some english speaking people (and the server i picked was NOT english-based / international
