Leave it be but add PvP modes. 4 on 4 squad matches or 8 on 8, and so on. Get some death match/CTF/Koth and a game mode like Koth but you have to extract shit and stop enemy extractions. You have to get shit around the map and toss it on randomly spawning extraction spots. Wing man also would be cool as shit. Like 6 teams of 2. I would Rock real PvP in a game like this so hard. New PvP currency to buy gear and shit.

Add PVP zones outside or in the DZ that allow players to kill each other for each other's loot without punishment.
Also expand the DZ, it's way too fucking small and there's never any bosses to kill because 4mans are roaming and shitting on things.
My damage feels really weak for my firearms, which is 2944: 130k on an AR, can only get vector up to about 115k, meanwhile one of my friends has 1000 less firearms than me and a lot more DPS, so there must be something wrong with my gear, any ideas?

Step one, make dosh and purple yourself out with vendor gear.
Step two, run UN for 8 purples and some sparrow coins on hard.
Step three, get to DZ 30 by sticking to DZ01 and DZ02.
DZ hints:
Bosses don't give more XP then purple mooks, so pick your fights wisely. Have an AR/SMG and a MMR. Switch the first two as ammo runs out. Hit up safehouses for ammo. Use blue link for when shit hits the fan. Don't loot when other people are near, loot later. Only grab ammo/dz bucks.
Step four, do the daily hards for sparrow coins and get yourself either a primary BP (Vector/AK74) or the extended mag BP.
Keep your stats balanced. You will start at a hurting 1400/1400/1400, but you will be 2k+ in each soon enough.

There's that area with the burning christmas tree if you shoot the big hanging red ornaments on the ceiling they fall apart as pieces that shatter on the ground rather than just shattering completely with 1 bullet. I can say the only bad missing detail is there's no flashlight which really bugs me.

What are generally accepted builds for the Vector? I don't understand how it's "the best gun". With the attachments and such that I've tried (one high-end, rest are purple), it doesn't do nearly enough damage and has ludicrously unnecessary recoil. The Midas seems better even with fewer attachments. Am I missing something, are there some attachments I should be looking for, etc?

I am the leader. I would go to restart, and it would not let me. On the fourth attempt, it told me that I was not level 30, and disabled me from playing that mission on challenging for the duration of the session. To top it off, UPlay crashes every hour or so and, once a day, the game crashing manages to disable my computer monitor output and turns it off. I don't know WHAT the fuck is going on with this shit. Anybody have similar problems? It's been doing shit like this since release day.

in your opinion, which faction is the SCARIEST to fight against?
I personally think LMB is super gay compared to other factions. They have good engineers with a lot of abilities like turrets, seeker mines(what the fuck..). Also, their shotgunners are no joke.
Speaking of factions.. what does each factions special units do? Like are LMB shot gunners and riker shotgunners basically the same? I noticed that LMB snipers do some weird wall hack shot thing that can peirce some covers?

What other nuances are there between the factions?

Well it is a 20 percent damage reduction and an increase in damage if you take the combat mod for it. So it can be good for a sniper setup
But yes it definitely needs some tweaks to be useable outside of very situational play
I tried using the setup for most of the game and the explosive mod is okay but like all damage skills it just doesnt scale with endgame content enough
And the damage increase mod doesnt increase it be a very significant amount and only affects you instead of smart cover which can boost an entire team and stack with other smart cover
If it had something like innate healing with the master perk then I could see it being useful as a sort of panic button but as is it just does nothing that smart cover cant do on its own
If I had to buff it I would add slow health regen with the master perk increase the damage reduction buff to around 30-40% and increase blast damage reduction to 50% but in exchange decrease the health of the shield so you can destroy it in PvP

one of the biggest issues with this is how the game doesn't do anything to stop people from running back over and over again.
3 guys tried to take my loot yesterday and I just popped the 80% DR ult and extracted in their face. Then for the next 10 minutes I chased them down over and over again until I killed every one of them. I gained an entire DZ level over it because their timers kept increasing and I had unlimited tries to stop them.
The game needs something to stop people from running into you over and over again, like a short resurrection sickness after being killed by players. Or massive could just remove the wallhacks.
That or rogues need to not be punished for defending themselves. The timer should only go up from killing innocent players.
Until one of those things happen, I agree, game is going to die.

If the first perk is active, its fantastic. You'll be able to have your skills active 24/7. Headshots reduce cooldown on skills by 5.5%. There's no cooldown on the proc rate. It'll only take like 17 bullets to have a skill cooldown. Crit health returns are nice and killing an enemy removes status effects is meh, but that first perk is god tier for CC.

rpm/mag size change from vendor to buying it, when getting blueprints, if you look at the vector one in vendor it say like 925 rpm and 32 mag where once you have it it say 750 with 20 mag. As you can see I have a shit ton of fire arms, but it doesn't really translate into damage.
A lot of my gear (Like my vector, like a lot of the attachments, like a lot of the shit I crafted) is craftable gear I've been extremely unlucky with.
