Why does Happy Home Designer have so many stupid random flaws?

Hundreds of "I want a house with tea in it!" requests
At least four "I want to live in a bank!" requests
Countless restaurant/cafe requests.
"I want a house that's *insert furniture group (IE Classic, Blue, Cardboard, etc.)*!"
There's barely any requests that actually give you some sort of idea as to what you should make, as opposed to just asking for a furniture set. There's only so many times you can make a house that's just a furniture set and nothing more without getting bored to tears.
