You could, but it would be hard because you cant make new dialogue and you would have to replace some, and you would have to keep it the same length in characters as the text your relplacing or else other text gets fucked up in game. This is the same for villager models and names

I don't think you can alter the condition of a numbered villager slot without hex editing? Besides that the best you could do is swap them out with another villager you prefer.
If you simple alter the home or remove it, your game will crash and possibly brick.

I'm trying to plan out some public works projects, I've been putting out a few street lamps and various decorative things. Trying to decide on some new paths, too.
I'm also trying to fill my last villager slot, but I haven't seen any villagers posted here that I like, and no one interesting has shown up in my campsite yet.

You can check Activity Log and confirm the last time you played, then time travel back to that day and set Beautiful Town ordinance. Do daily checks for planned move-outs, convince them to stay or leave, and then you're safe to TT forward to present day.

So imagine a new animal crossing game is announced, and you're pretty excited for it. A console animal crossing game after all these years. Yeah, wild world is fun but the graphics don't exactly hold up and the dialogue is sorta meh.
So you pick up city folk, and what's this? Degenerating grass? The worst dialogue in the history of the games to the point where it's stale by the third day of playing? Basically nothing new added outside of a small city area?
It was like they somehow ported wild world to the wii, then removed dialogue and made the game uglier via the rapid grass removal.
And I paid off two debts in that game and filled the museum up. It's shit.
