On and off since around 3.1, when I started getting decent (welfare 210) gear.
I'm pretty sure I can just power through the first wave with Deliverance+Bloodbath, but the second wave kinda leaves me drained and I can't burn down the Dread in the third wave fast enough.
I mean, 30% Echo means I sit at 28K HP in Deliverance and 35K in Defiance, but the problem is that Mercy Stroke and Equilibrium simply don't come off CD fast enough, or I'm not using them at the right times. Wave 3 Dread actually still hits pretty damn hard - 4-5K Rotoswipes can wear you down.
