I don't know that people even say it's bad these days, I see more complaining about the Nagato (even though I like it a lot more).
Colorado is pretty fun bote if you like being able to brawl with hard hitting guns and good armor. Turns well enough to not get fucked by torpedoes too if you're keeping track of where they're likely to be coming from, just don't expect to be winning any races in the thing.

Colorado is debatable whether it's better or worse than the New Mexico, but it's undeniable that it's one of the heaviest armored botes in its tier range. It's almost impossible to citadel beyond 10km.
It's worse against he and torpedoes than the Nagato, and can't really retreat if the side you're on falls, but it's significantly better against ap. It's getting around the tier where cruisers fall off so it's better to have huge protection against battleships.

EU was a mistake) because we still have more buying money but the gap worldwide increases drastically, or the company dies with WOT barely keeping them afloat before stagnation makes the players leave and they lack the profits to do anything but pray

America basically got really, really lucky in Midway.
American divebombers attacked the carriers when they were refeuling and rearming their planes, so there was bombs, torpedoes and fuel all over the deck, just waiting to blow up.
Carriers like the Enterprise survived so many bomb hits because when they were attacked they had all their munitions sitting below deck and had the fuel lines filled with CO2. The Wasp was only hit by 2 Torpedoes from the I-19, yet it sunk.

NC's citadel is much more vulnerable if you're a retard who sits side-on. If you abandon your rear turret and point your bow at the enemy she's pretty stronk and she turns really well, which makes her annoying as fuck for DDs and CVs (when combined with stronk USA AA).
Getting hit by torpedoes hurts though. Badly.

Iowa is pretty great, though her accuracy is kinda bad at times and the turning circle combined with her length means you're gonna eat a lot of torpedoes if you get focused by more than one DD. AA is pretty amazing, the ship is damn fast and she's got a good rear turret arc though.
I ground the whole US BB line just to get her since she's sexy as fuck and one of my favourite historical BBs.
I don't give a shit about the Montana since it's expensive as fuck to run and isn't as pretty in my opinion, so I won't be buying it. A friend I play with has one and he likes it so you might do too.>implying it's actually possible to enjoy high tier gameplay...

That's the thing, with the 65 degree auto bounce, every other nation's 203s can do the exact same thing. Except other nation's have better HE they can rely on as well so the german's nation specialty, high penetration high damage AP seems kinda moot. Especially since they get less guns as well cause 4x2 lel.

I think instead of fire chance, fire should have diminishing returns. The more damage you take from fire, the less it does in the future
Like say you let one burn for the whole 18%, then you get set on fire again, this time it only does 14%, next fire only does 12%, then 6%, then 0%. This means you can only take 50% of your starting hp damage in fire. But any fire damage you repair with damage control party puts it back into the pool of damage that can be done by fire again.

Pretty much every ship, sometimes BBs. If you know your target has popped his damage control, set him on fire, then go back to AP if you're an AP slinging ship, unless you're sure you can instantly kill him with cits.
Fire does so much ridiculous damage, it's the best way to maximize your damage, especially against BBs with long ass damage control cooldowns.

The modded reticle that replaces the measuring time with centimeters is more helpful. I believe the original reticle is only accurate at a singular distance for battleships/slower cruisers or so and doesn't much take into account having to aim closer or farther.
It makes it very hard to hit destroyers.
Krabs v3 is very good. For destroyers, 8cm or 9cm works. For cruisers it's 6-7 and for battleships it's 2-4.
For different shell velocity you just have to get used to it and remember the relative aim points. For the Konig it never goes past 6 even for DD's and for the Atlanta, 8-10cm of lead is average.

Nowhere else in the IJN line until Kegro do you get a DD with such insanely over powered torpedo armament, and then Kagero only has the two launchers with like waht, 6-8 torps total? Shimakaze is a massive jump in power just like Yamato is after Izumo.
The closest there was what Shima is in tier ten was Minekaze when it had 10km torps that were easily spammed and easily launched from well outside detection range.

The tier 9 and 10 cruisers literally have paper armour, it eats shots from almost everything, from any angle. The Moskva has great range though, especially with the range upgrade, which gives it firing distance on par with tier 8 battleships.
The final hull of the tier 8 cruiser, as well as the stock tier 9 and 10 cruisers, have a new consumable as well, but I'm told not to talk about it, as the params for it aren't final yet, and can change at any time.

Also, the slavbotes have horrific detection range, the high tier cruisers can get spotted from half a fucking planet away. If you're travelling with a group of cruisers, the enemy is going to shoot at you first, because your teammates haven't been spotted yet.
Essentially all of the RU cruisers have good rate of fire. Tiers 2 to 4 have very bad gun accuracy (huge dispersion), but the guns become much more accurate from tier 5 onwards. They also have torpedoes, however they are extremely situational because of their limited range.
Oh, no fighter floatplanes, but they do have defensive AA. Mid-tier ships have spotter floatplanes.

The guns are accurate, and the HE shells have good fire chance. The AP shells can easily score citpens against cruisers, but definitely not battleships (I've tried on multiple occasions against broadside Nagatos and Colorados, it simply does not work).
All of the higher tier RU CAs have extremely terrible turning circles, making dodging incoming shell salvoes and torpedoes difficult. Also, if you try to sail a RU CA like you do with a Japanese CA, you're going to run into a lot of islands because of the bad turning radius.

Dimitri has strong offensive ability, especially in terms of firepower, but it is also easily damaged. You just need to sneeze at it from any angle, and it will be a citadel hit.
In Dimitri, I've gotten citadel hits from an enemy Atago who fired at me in a 25 degree angle, but that was probably a lucky shot.
