What would be the best way to simulate holding a gun? I've been using an Xbox controller, but now that I've found a way to hook up an actual racing wheel, I'm pretty sure i'd help to find an actual gun-like controller.
My only issue is that I would be aiming with my head. The gun would just be the trigger/buttons, and there's no way to fix that.

When you buy an apartment, make sure you buy a high-end one so you can run heists.
The cheapest high-end capable of hosting heists is about 200k.
To make money, do contact missions in the beginning.
You'll want to give racing a shot, because when you don't play with a modder, they're quite fun.
If you're signed up for the social club, you can get an elegy for free.
I recommend ordering that car as soon as you've got an apartment.
If you care about car's performance, read the OP post, it has lists of which car does the best lap-time etc.
If a hacker drops money on you, don't put it into your bank, keep it on your character's wallet. This will, hopefully, avoid getting you detected right away.
If someone does drop money on you, fill up your garages with as many T-20's as you possibly can.
Buy every apartment, ever clothing item, every gun and attachment for that gun, every pegasus vehicle.
Then, make a second character and do it all over again for that character.
