I don't think there is a reward for the second rank, which is a definite shame since I'm sitting at 106 myself.
I'm considering aiming for sub 1000 too, but I think to do that I'll need to burn some of my red pots, and I really like hoarding things like that in case I ever want to go really hard for something. Three crystals doesn't seem worth the cost.

And don't forget your core runs as well. If you're in need of exp endless X-4 first node farming will level girls fast. I didn't BB/CV build early on until I had some levels and could work over the 2-1/4 expedition. You can sometimes get a Hood from the 1-4 boss, maybe a Ranger who's the best pure raw damage carrier when upgraded or Wichita who's now a complete beastfor heavy cruiser standardswith her upgrade.
Any thoughts on the Sirius nakayoshi skills?
Yuri's seems to be really great. It's an attack and damage boost for everyone. Kokomi's could be interesting because I've never seen a "Damage Done Up (Super)" before. Haruka does have auto-reload, but no damage bonuses make it slightly worse than idol Renge.

Kokomi's damage boost when bonded is +15%. Just large is 10% so it's pretty significant.
Haruka's friendship skill is outright the best SP replenishing skill in the game ousting Yutaka Anko and Mimi.
5 combo to restore 12% SP. With 2k SP you can cast a 240 SP skill forever. With 2.5k, a 300 SP skill.
The need for infinite SP hasn't come up too often though. There hasn't been a recurrence of a 10 minute long endurance fight. The 5 stage long director challenge hell fight was lengthy overall though.
Yuri's is probably the best nakayoshi skill in the game for pure damage. Attack+normal damage is rare.
For DPS or wave clearing, Minus combo requirement's probably the best though. Shaving the interval of skills by 3 is incredibly significant.

Haruka's auto-reload on rod gives me more options, now I can go Yukata Anko/Idol Renge/x or Yukata Anko/Idol Haruka/x.
I'll probably still stick to the former, but good to have choices.
Asuha's could probably get my normal attack damage pretty high. But I don't really need two guns on the team at once.

It's for having every party member with it. Lowering combo requirement becomes more potent as the combo requirement goes lower and lower. A skill with 13 requirement becomes a 10 combo skill. A 10 combo skill becomes a 7. A 6 combo skill becomes a 3 combo skill and is ridiculous.
Idol Sakura is still -1 after bond. She does get auto reload at no combo which is unique to her though. Combined with the -combo requirement and full class application she possibly has the best gun nakayoshi skill.

Subaru is a really powerful card though. Tamayas or Christmas Tamayas doing +15% extra damage is beastly. This Subaru subbing Christmas Sadone and the two Kurumis would be a very deadly combination. I unfortunately missed out on Christmas Sadone because the game hates me.

It would be better if it were neutral, especially in gun only stages since they do like to put gun strong mobs in there.
20 combo req means any gun weak shit is already getting shredded by auto loading machine gun.
When it comes to killing gun weak bosses Sadone's skill is much easier to use and arguably better.
At least her Nakayoshi skill is crazy good for setups that rely on normals to do the heavy lifting.
3rd 10+1 without a 4* in this gacha and 4th 10+1 without a cute girl. More if we count the NY gacha.
I love this game and how the gameplay is more fun that BGHS but the gacha is really doing its best at making me lose motivation to do things in it.

Sorry to say, but you're just unlucky with pulls. The rates in both games for characters are identical, and Shironeko has better rates for weapons. BGHS guaranteed 4* for current event is very nice though.
Speaking of rolling there is a theory in nipponland that one will have better luck when pulling during "certain" times. Let me see if I can find that website again.

Subaru's color is random, much like a few other cards. The colors represent:

Her card has the most massive damage out of all skills in the game now(23x+23x), but yeah, the drawbacks counter all that.
Need to alternate Yuri's skill with Asuha's to counteract the debuff which cuts into the DPS and time heavily.
The 20 combo requirement is also huge, 50% longer than just using a 13/14 combo skill.
That and it's gun element which while having its uses is ill-suited to a large damage nuke with long combo as >>128725086 pointed out.
It's seems they clearly didn't want to make it absurdly overpowered so as it is now, it's niche. It will probably kill any gun weak enemies guaranteed with its 92x total multiplier against them, but so should shooting them.
Also, there's the ramifications of Yuri's skill being a gap closer while Asuha herself is a gun.

The main reason for that was the ice beast's square AoE that lasts several seconds.
Since skills pause the timer, they'd just be purely more DPS most of the time.
Regarding a gun weak raid boss, I'd probably go for stunning if it was a thunderbird and would use skills if it was a dragon.
