Did this to me a few days ago. I was told it was because I was using Windows 8.1. But that hasn't changed and it works fine for me now.
Anyway, it's clear we need more mods online during the time when Westerns are sleeping. The attackers were already superbanned and won't be able to act again none the less. Those are efforts to avoid future attacks from different people.

For the record this is simply not true.
The attacker from this night wasn't a mod, I already confirmed it. And there's no such thing as "mods shitposting and stealing characters while the owner is asleep" because while I am asleep, all other mods are also asleep. Otherwise they would have caught the attacker from this night, as you said it yourself.
Also, people seem to think that everyone is a mod now. They think that people who cut off other people's text are mods, but anyone with lag can do that (and there is no such mechanic that allows mods to interrupt others). Not to mention that redtext was broken for one entire day (That happened twice actually), so anyone could use it to say they were mods.
All mods that misbehavior get punished and even removed like how it happened with some guy that used his mods to steal a position from a case. And if there really is a mod ruining cases, why don't you take a screenshot of it or simply communicate it to me? I WILL take action. Maya wasn't dumb, she was just immature. Even Edgeworth says that she's wiser than she looks. She also did more in several cases than Trucy did in the entirety of the two games she appeared in.

But assistant aren't supposed to be co-defense, they're co-counsels. I disliked Trucy because she did most of the work for Apollo. Maya was a better assistant because she was there for moral support, the occasional helping hand in key moments, and a vessel for Mia when things got really bad.
Not to mention that Maya had several arcs in all three games. The first one was her internal struggle over her worth as a spirit medium, the second one was her dissatisfaction with the squabbles in the Fey clan, and the third was her coming to terms with her eventual responsibility as Mystic. Compare that to Trucy, who has almost zero relevance to the plot, and who's just there to arbitrarily explain things that Apollo should be figuring out and which Phoenix would have figured out in his own games.

Unlike Maya who I can say is a goofball, not the brightest when it comes to common sense yet still insightful and courageous when the time calls for it despite her immaturity and a loyal friend. With Trucy I got nothing. She just doesn't leave an impression.
