Hurricane is a very good item and allows you to hit people twice with one basic when you ult.

Aside from him not having a traditional skin because Riot hates doing that for some reason, probably has to do with licensing the VA, he was definitely improved. His old passive scaled into literally no passive and his Boost Morale had minimal effect. He was my favorite champion then and now he's my favorite and able to win against more than a brain dead opponent.
