when you're naked monsters actually do that much damage. Quests that force you to take off your armor like the jhos and the rajang actually have vastly nerfed damage.
Even the rhenoplos in G rank can oneshot you, so it shouldn't be a surprise that one of zamtrios strongest moves can oneshot people even in lowrank. For the record we weren't allowing eating back then.

The first time I huntedgypceros, coincidentallywith them one set a shock trap right as I was murdering it with my HH. Normally I'd feel bad for killing something right as someone was trying to trap it, doubly so if they were using the wrong trap, but I don't think he'd have even learned his lesson. I vaguely suspect he'd think it wasn't affected because of lag due to the presence of a western player.Meanwhile trying to capture or even just trap something with pubs is absolute suffering, they'll watch you put down the trap and then just cluster around the monster swinging their longswords wildly at it until it dies.

I've been in one where they expend multiple traps of each kind trying to capture Blue Kutku for an unstable, and fail because the Kutku gains resists to all of them and they last for a second before wearing off.
I had never before this point thought that it was possible to be as bad as this at MH.

They get tripped by it even so. It's REALLY obvious when it does it, but they still go to hit the tail while he's down and the tail inflicts the damage in MHO. Similarly, if you simple knock Purple Gypceros down he's gonna flail the same way even without faking death, and MHO players get hit by that. Very rarely will they cart, but you see them go from full health to like 20%

I've never seen them cart to monsters that early, but Blue Yian Kut-Ku carted a ton of them, really consistently, with its spin -> dance -> charge. Which is the greatest thing to watch.

Early game monsters tend to award you early game monster quests.
It's actually not too bad, specifically for velocidrome and kut-ku, because they're exclusive to expeditions/gqs. So if you want to farm them, you'll need those quests.

4U seems to drop fps the moment you go online for some reason. When no monster or other hunters are present in the area you're in, it still runs at slower rate. But when you're playing offline, with cats, with explosions on screen, it doesn't drop as much.

Perhaps I was not clear, she flies into the air and screams as part of her flying in the air animation, so it's literally scream and wind pressure back to back, and then as she flies to you right after that, it's more wind pressure, and then she tail whips you. I've fought mainline Rathian before and it's nowhere near this bad.

She almost never falls over from her instant charge, spams it more than ever before, has TONS of tracking on her charge, CHANGES DIRECTION ON DOUBLE TAIL WHIP AND ONLY DOES IT ONCE SOMETIMES (THEY'RE LEARNING), and the aforementioned fly scream tail whip shenanigans. Oh and she does fucktons of damage, and Rathalos is coming in TWO DAYS.

I didn't downgrade, just to do homebrew you can be on the current latest firmware.
You can also use NASA to install "LEGIT" .cia files, which includes MH4U.
I was hoping MHX would work, but eh. I haven't played 4, I played Frontier, Unite, Portable 3rd and MH3U. So I'm cool just playing MH4U for now.

It varies depending on whoever made the particular chart you're referring to.
If someone makes a chart and doesn't provide a legend - he's retarded.
If there is a legend, but you didn't look at - you're retarded.
Either way, you can probably deduce which is which by just looking at the color of the head, since it's most commonly the weakest spot.
