Healer: Triss, great healer and good with defensive spells, not much of a fighter so she would stay behind the front line
Fighter: Saskia, thanks to her dragon's blood she is far stronger and has better endurance than any men, plus in case of desperate situation she can turn into the dragon and nuke everyone
Rogue/Spy: Dandelion, he must've picked some locking skills. Also could do the talking or scouting since no one suspects him of anything.

Is Yarpen that strong? I think Zoltan is a better pick for a tank given he'd had that sword he later gave to Geralt. Marti is more of a healer than a mage.

There's no time/setting limit, and given Milva is dead in the games lore, I placed it right before the games. As we have seen in TW2, Saskia and Phil are in good terms as long as their aims are similar. Also, one conversation with Saskia strongly suggests our dragon lady knows how cunning Phil is, so she's not that naive, either. As for Milva, she would enjoy a good banter with Phili but Saskia + Triss + Dandelion would provide the necessary stability and fun while Sigi keeps everyone in check.
