I remember doing most of the side quests, as they came along, about 80% of them at least. I agree, it fucks the games difficulty up. Half of the game becomes really easy. The last place had moderate difficulty thought, as well as the boss fight. After the main story was finished, bb brought a challenge though. The tip about doing only the quests that someone straight-up gives you personally, is a good advice.

Depends on the game honestly, walking dead kept their saves in my documents, Darksiders kept their saves in my games within documents. So, we can't say for sure until it's released, but I doubt steam goes through to trouble of forcing the save anywhere else IF the game is all ready creating saves in a specific location.
Since this is a reviewers copy, there's a small chance save files will be moved into a capcom folder located in my documents, which contains the saves. Just gotta wait and see what the steam version does.

you can focus on either as MA, since it can use both daggers and the bow. more of your damage is going to be magic. i think my first character was something like mage 1-10, sorc 10-40, MK 40-50, MA 50+. made it through all content and ng+ without a problem.
just play the class you want to play. if you are having trouble with anything, there are methods to cheese things and make them easier.

i7 4790k here, 20 minutes to unpack on a normal HDD. Drive read/write speed ain't shit when it's compressed like that, a standard HDD still reads and writes faster than your CPU can uncompress the files. All you need is the ~45gb of space on the drive for temp files.

well, i said that /more/ of your damage will be magic. daggers will still do physical, however immolation adds a nice damage bonus onto that to accomodate the fact that you will have much less strength than a stabby class.

i was asking about training, skills, and inclinations. the augment build is easy. ill most likely just do fighter to max, then warrior to max, then strider.
im thinking something like kisses, brain splitter, implicate, maybe toss and trigger, maybe one of the bow aoe skills
im not too sure where to go with it, but strider has a lot of tools to make for a useful damage and controlling pawn.
