forma rushing (10p each to skip 1 day wait) to add polarity slots to each frame/weapon, most take a couple of forma to be acceptable.
trade chat - 300 plat for a non-prime frame is totally retarded when you get a full set of parts for a prime warframe (more powerful) for 50-100 plat total. Even if you have to pay 20p for a slot and 20p for a potato, you're still paying half as much as the shitty market.

Yes, other then Atlas, this is what i spent all the platinum on. I noticed that myself just playing the game, and realised what it meant for the longevity of my game time with this game.
So, for the trade thing. All platinum then (other then the 50 starting) is bought I take it? Not by you obviously, hence you trading something to get platinum for it. There is no way to generate it in game doing missions? IE some games give you an equivalent to 1 platinum for leveling up, or reaching a milestone or such.

I noticed it a little while ago while doing solo void.
I hit a heavy gunner, left it with like 5% HP, I ran in a completely different direction opposite from where I was, and the same heavy gunner appeared a room ahead with the missing HP and everything.
