So I'm getting the Skell Liscense and one of the quests has me earning 15k credits in one frontiernav return. Any tips on doing this? I tried finding the sightseeing spots to boost returns but even with these guides I can't seem to fund any of them. At least not in Noctilum anyway.

You need to research probes (the binoculars ones) also you should have a duplicator and booster probe by now. A good place to plant those probes is central Nocturn or eastern Oblivia.

Take out your mining probes, they lower credit income.
Place Research probes where you have uncovered sightseeing spots. Sightseeing spots are more important than chains.
Then just worry about finding more probe sites. Make sure to level up your mechanical skill, some probes require a high mech skill number.

90% sure that was the mission it did NOT have to be one return, I could be wrong. If you have any research probes find the highest rated revenue probes by each other so you can get a good 3-4 chain on good revenue spots.

I don't get how combat works. I just got up to Glennar and my teammates got raped; we killed the two Lv8s but Glennar vs just me was obviously going to end badly. I don't understand how to heal and it only gave me the option to help Lyn up once.
Is it worth buying armour this early? I bought the "cool" looking spacesuit armour but from my experience with all vidya ever, early armour makes basically no difference and is a waste of money if anything. Also, how do division rewards work? I just picked from a list; obviously I picked the 30,000 credits item because I don't have anything else yet. Do I only get to pick that once a day/week? Why would you pick the 10,000 over the 30,000?

I just defeated the two level 80 but I did it differently. I gave every skell 2 theroid slayer augments. In the end it was one of those fuckers, me in my level 50 skell and Lin on foot. Lin did a really good job with tanking it. It was a close one though, almost got my skell destroyed.

They're available for each character as long as you have enough hearts of affinity with them for each level. So if you just recruited Phog for instance, you can do his first H2H when you get 1 heart, his 2nd when you have 2 hearts (and have done his first), etc. You could've done all of Elma's before ending the game, basically.
