Glaz is 2 body, 1 head whether you use a silencer or not. Also consider that his gun has a very distinct sound, and people usually clear your line of fire and won't peek if they hear the dragunov. Using a silencer hides the fact that you're glaz and makea people stay in your LoS and/or peek you.

If youre that confident about getting headshots, davy crockett, just use a pistol for the same effect. But even without a silencer, "bodyshots" too often end in injury because of how arm hitboxes work, especually if its a pentration shot.
