Probably. Had a Dicker Max miss TWO stationary shots against the rear of a stationary T32 at 10HP. Literally pissed away an easy kill. We still won but it was way more down to the wire than it needed to be. E-25 who did 0 damage spent the entire match screaming what to do at us despite the fact he's 46% garbage.
